Film Openings- New Task!
11/02/10

Today's lesson consisted of editing our film. We cut and changed the length of our the clips in our film. This was quiet easy however learning how to use the software on the apple macs took some time.
We all took part in editing our film. tihs gave us an understanding of the editing prosses. I personaly found cuting the clips the most difficult as a mistake could make the whole film wrong.
08/02/10
To solve this we filmed whenever we had the chance. When people were in the set we made sure they were silent, to ensure a quality scene.
04/01/10
First off we had to locate a suitable place to film our scenes. We had to check for continuity when changing the position of our camera. We also had to ensure that there was no background noise in the clips. For this we choose small, empty locations to capture our shots.

01/02/10
- keep the cameras safe
- keep the cameras clean
- charge the camenrs
- put away camer correctly
28/01/10
After planning our time and story board we discussed the roles of ;
- Camera Person
- Girl
- Boy
- Boyfriend
After deciding our roles we began planning our setting and the angles for our shots.
25/01/10
- Shot Revers Shot
- Close Ups
- Long Shot
- Panning Shot
- Mid Shot
We must also display a steady hand when controlling the camera. Another important rule we learnt about was the 180degree rule. This is where the invisible line stops the camera from making the shot seem reversed.
